IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By placing an order from this website, you accept and are bound by these Terms of Sale. You may not order products from this website if you do not agree to these terms or are not of legal age to form a binding contract.

1. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. All orders must be accepted by us. A contract of sale is not formed until you receive an order confirmation email. 2. Results may vary. 3. Pricing & Payments: All prices are subject to change. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the card and that funds are sufficient. 4. Refunds: Unopened products may be eligible for a refund if requested via email within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for customers demonstrating a pattern of repetitive refunds (more than two within 12 months). 7. SMS & Electronic Communications: By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages. Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. 8. Limitation of Liability (Sales): To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all damages will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION (a) You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our products shall be submitted to binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). (b) The arbitrator shall follow the substantive laws of the State of New York. (c) CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You will not have the right to participate in a class action in court or arbitration, either as a representative, class member, or opponent. (d) OPT-OUT: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchasing a product by sending a written letter stating your name, product purchased, and intent to opt-out to our legal department at our address below.

10. Governing Law: All matters arising out of these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
